Job Responsibilities:
Understand specific customer needs and briefs
Craft prompts based on client expectations
Modify, update and maintain prompts as per customer feedback
Stress test system prompts for multiple industries, tone and type of content
Create frameworks to sophisticated prompt quality testing
Set up process to monitor and evaluate prompt quality performance
Suggest product requirements to improve the content quality and experience
Stay up to date with advances in GenAI space.
Have 3+ years of work experience
Have strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously
Know nuances of long for content creation process
Have experience working for multiple clients and dissecting briefs
Be proficient understand of GPT/ChatGPT
Be willing to learn new ways of doing things
Be familiar with the Excel/Sheets functions
Possess strong problem solving skills
Be very strong in communication skills
