Job Summary:
As a Lead Generation Specialist/BDR/Sr. BDR specialising in outbound prospecting, you will
play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and engaging potential
customers. Your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads and create net
new opportunities for our sales team through proactive outreach and strategic prospecting.

Responsibilities Includes:

Market Research:
● Conduct thorough account research to identify ICPs (such as key decision-makers),
competitor analysis, understand their existing content and identify gaps
● Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to tailor
outreach strategies effectively.
Prospecting:
● Initiate outbound prospecting efforts through various channels, including Phone
calls, Emails, and LinkedIn, to generate interest.
● Build and manage a pipeline of potential net new leads and sales opportunities.
Lead Qualification:
● Qualify leads based factors that align with Pepper’s ICP such as company, title, key
responsibilities
● Gather essential information about prospects, including pain points, challenges, and
needs.

Communication:

● Craft compelling and personalised messages by leveraging Account Based Marketing
strategies.
● Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
Collaboration:
● Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align prospecting efforts with
overall business goals.
● Provide regular updates on prospecting activities, challenges, and successes.
● CRM Management:
● Enter and maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) system.
● Track and report key metrics related to prospecting performance.
Feedback Loop:
● Gather feedback from prospects to understand market needs and competitor
activities.
● Share insights with the product and marketing teams to enhance offerings and
messaging.
Training and Development:
● Stay informed about industry best practices and continuously develop skills through
training programs.
● Share knowledge and insights with the team to improve overall effectiveness.

Requirements:

● Experience : 2-6 Years
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● Experience in outbound prospecting, account based marketing, lead generation, or
sales development (preferred).
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Outreach and tools such as ZoomInfo,
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
● Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding weekly and
monthly targets.
